The rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean and bright. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It’s a great central location, close to the train station.

The staff were nice, the bathroom was big, and breakfast was good. Reception is open 24/7. A very nice hotel.

I stayed three nights in room 114. On Wednesday, 6 April 2022, there was a concert at the hotel that went on until 11pm. The noise was so loud it felt like I was in the front row, and there was no way to even think about sleeping. When I complained at reception, they told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes for the concert to finish. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Europe.

The receptionists are polite, at least. The rooms are small, the toilet is really cramped and uncomfortable, and cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. Breakfast could use an upgrade. It’s okay if you have to stay here.

The lobby is the nicest part, and it matches what you see in the promotion. But you don’t sleep in the lobby. The location’s handy for taking a 20km tour around the city.
