After a long day of travel by bus and skiing, I went to shower and found there was no hot water. It had run out after just one person showered. I went down to reception, but nobody was there by then. I have to go straight home tomorrow and then to work, and I'd really counted on being able to shower here. That's one of the main reasons I booked a hotel after sleeping, right? Why is this happening during winter season, with no warning that there might be problems?

The room was clean and had enough space for what we needed. Staff were friendly and accommodated our early arrival and later departure. Good value, and close to the Olympic ski lift.

There was no cleaning, no fresh towels or bed linen, and no duvet. It felt like a super-budget stay, but the price wasn't budget at all.

A good apartment hotel, with courteous service and nice facilities. There's a spa, hammam and lobby.

For the price, the hotel is good and the rooms are reasonably clean.
