The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were warm and attentive, doing what they could to make the stay pleasant. I did find the convertible sofa unsuitable as a proper bed, and it affected how well I slept. The hotel sits in a peaceful, beautiful natural setting. A lovely spot for a quiet break if good service and tranquil surroundings are what you're after.

The receptionist was really friendly, and for the price the stay was probably fair. We enjoyed Les 3 Vallées, though there were some annoyances at the accommodation. We couldn't use the pool because it shut at 6pm and we usually got back from the slopes around 5:30. There was no ski room, so we kept our skis on the balcony in our room. The room wasn't very clean, and the dishes hadn't been washed properly. The pan's bottom was warped and wouldn't work on the stove. We were given just a pillowcase and two sheets, with no duvet cover, so we slept under one sheet with a blanket over it, which felt odd. The beds and sofa might be too short for anyone over about 190 cm. The pool hours could also be longer.

The studio was decent, and having the bus stop right outside was handy. There's also a gondola from the village straight to the resort. The staff were very friendly, and the outside of the building looks good, but the 2/4 person studio got little daylight and had dated kitchenware. Sheets cost extra, 15 per person with a towel. The bed by the entrance was noisy because people passed in the hallway until 3am. The pool was awful and needs a serious clean, or to be closed off.

The room is on the small side, but really comfortable. I liked the place, and the Wi-Fi was good.
