The staff were really nice and helpful, though the breakfast was a bit simple. Our room for three was very small, and the double bed was especially small. The hotel was okay, but €280 felt disproportionate for a motel-like room with breakfast. We booked it as a backup since we couldn’t find anything in Strasbourg.

The location worked perfectly for us, so we booked despite feeling unsure after reading the reviews. The room for four was spacious and clean, and we didn’t notice any mold. It stayed quiet at night, the temperature was comfortable, the air conditioner ran quietly, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and easy to deal with.

We were exhausted after a long drive and expected to pay for a night of rest, but it was a difficult night. The air conditioning was turned off when we went to sleep, and the room started getting hot. The children cried, so we opened the windows and then found insects and bugs. It was a bad experience.
