The lake view from our large terrace was lovely, and we had easy parking right below the room. We stayed in an “apartment” room with a separate bedroom and kitchen area, which felt like having our own place. It worked perfectly for our family of four and was excellent value. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we had fun on the paddleboat while spotting beautiful birds on the lake. We didn’t try the restaurant this time, but we’re sure to stay again and will give it a go next time. Highly recommended!

I love the spa and swimming pool, and the restaurant was decent. It’s a nice, quiet place. The first time I stayed, our room had a lake view and was so nice; I came back the following week and liked the room, though it wasn’t as nice as the first one. Still, it’s a good place.

Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The starters we had at the restaurant, Croque Monsieur and the Charcuterie board, were excellent. The chicken Caesar salad was a letdown, though. At that price I expected a freshly cooked, warm chicken breast, but the chicken was cold. Also, after one person showered, there wasn’t any hot water left for the next person.

The restaurant was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay, with just one small downside: we had to drive everywhere instead of walking. I’d recommend it to friends who are fine with staying outside the center of Rennes.

There was no one at reception to deal with the music from the neighboring room, which blared until 5am. Our parking spot wasn’t covered, so it got very hot. The rooms are spacious, but dark and rather bleak. The pool was closed, and the website didn’t mention that when I checked, so call ahead. The nearest shop is about 1.5km away; it’s a good supermarket, but there aren’t many places to eat within walking distance.
