Good food in a quaint setting. It’s an easy ride to the restaurant by e-bike, about 20 minutes from Bussang.

Room 3 faces west, and the sunsets from there are breathtaking. La Bouloie is the last house on the pass along this mountain road, with a splendid view of the valley. Before dinner I spent an hour in the jacuzzi, which worked really well. Then the owner served a delicious three-course meal at the restaurant, with a wide choice of wines and spirits. Worth every penny and the trip to get there!

From the warm welcome by the very friendly owner to the dessert, it was a fantastic evening. The food was delicious, the atmosphere and decor were wonderfully inviting, and the view was impressive. We highly recommend this place.

The menu is simple and works well, with French and local products only. There were several beautifully prepared dishes, and the service was excellent. The restaurant has a splendid view and a very chic mountain feel. The wines were chosen with real care and passion. And the desserts 🤩 Such an enjoyable meal.
