The room was lovely, and the staff were accommodating. Ours was beside the staircase and a little noisy, so I asked to switch rooms. She moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. I’d definitely recommend it!

I knew the room would be small, but this felt like an attic. It was extremely hot, and the windows only opened about 2 inches. The view was straight onto a wall. I’d said I needed secure parking because my car was carrying some very valuable items, but got no answer until I arrived. Then I was told to park anywhere on the street. At 75, with two small dogs, climbing the attic stairs was also not easy. I won’t stay here again. The answers were evasive, close to being economical with the truth.

The rooms are small, but really nice and comfortable. The hotel has everything you need and feels like home. The people there are amazing.
