It's clean, though old and nothing fancy. Still, it does the job. There's a small cooking area for breakfast in the room or a simple meal.

The residence is ideally located in the heart of Cabourg, handy for walks, the beach, and the casino. The apartment itself was disappointing and fell well short of Odalys' usual standards. I reported the problem to Odalys and received a refund.

The place feels ancient. The decor is ridiculously "Back to the Future," and the crockery is mismatched, like it came from a flea market. The electricity meter barely works, and I couldn't find a bicycle to generate more power. I hadn't imagined a dishwasher basket could rust, either. The balcony garden furniture looks carbon-14 dated. Since the building is for sale, I doubt there'll be renovations in the coming months. WiFi isn't free. Good luck!

The location couldn't be better, right opposite the market and close to the shopping streets. A charming lady gave us a very pleasant welcome when we handed over the keys. Highly recommended.
