We really enjoyed our three nights here. It has a cozy Airbnb feel, with a spacious common area, quiet surroundings, and very clean rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, and John, the manager, was a very sweet and helpful man who speaks perfect English. Getting around Paris is easy once you work out the nearby bus and train stops, though the hotel doesn't feel centrally located. Arcueil–Cachan station is a 20-minute walk away. The walk there is easy, but coming back means going uphill, especially tough with luggage. Keep that in mind if you plan to walk. We heartily recommend staying here.

The views of the city from the building are beautiful, and everything is clean and decorated with care. It’s a very pleasant place in the south of Paris, about 10km from the Eiffel Tower. John, the owner, is kind-hearted and always ready to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast and can highly recommend the place. If we come back to Paris, this will be our first choice.

Sophia makes a wonderful breakfast. The owner was warm, friendly, and helpful, and explained what was around the area. From the penthouse, the view of Paris was breathtaking. When we couldn't figure out how to get to the RER, he even drove us there. This little place on the edge of Paris feels like a slice of heaven, and I’ll definitely come back.

The retro style and lovely garden were right up my alley, and the place was quiet, too. It’s close to the highway, which made the location great for us. We had a wonderful stay. John was a friendly, helpful host, and Sophia made the best breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, served in an amazing shared living-room kind of space. It’s a small-scale hotel in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood of Paris, and the staff were very friendly.
