Helen is a perfect host. Sadly for us, she’s retiring at the end of the year, though fortunately for her. Wishing you the best of health, Helen!

We were there from December 11th to 13th, and the terrace must be lovely in summer. The house is clean, charming and cozy, and you really feel at home. The bed is large and comfortable, and the nights are peaceful. Good traditional local food and a hearty breakfast with nothing missing. The products are organic and often homemade, including the jam, honey and cereals, yum! The atmosphere is excellent, and the hostess has turned a village house into a lovely, cozy haven.

Helen made us a delicious dinner just for us, with aperitif, starter, main course, dessert and wine. And then there was the incredible breakfast :) The room was pretty, comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated. It had a large bathtub, though not every room does, and a spacious bed with a superb mattress and even an electric blanket. A magical weekend at Helen’s guesthouse. Highly recommend!!

The room was spacious, sunny and extremely clean. I was welcomed very warmly by Hélène, who was kind, competent, open and cultured, with a lovely lifestyle. I highly recommend it.
