2/10
The room was cold at night because the window insulation was poor, and there was a strong smell from the air conditioner that made it impossible to use. Dust covered the floor, so the slippers got dirty fast. I also needed a hair dryer in winter, but reception said their only one had already been taken. Before speaking to them, I tried the 24-hour support line after finding nobody at reception for 10 minutes. The person there was very rude and told me, before I could even finish my question, to contact reception during its opening hours.

The bed was comfortable, and there were lots of parking spaces. We stayed one night on a holiday trip, though the shower flooded the whole bathroom. The floor also smelled of cigarette smoke, which was really annoying for a non-smoking hotel.

Everything worked out perfectly, even though we booked at the last minute. A perfect spot for an overnight stay.
