The rooms are on the small side, but there’s a roomy breakfast and sitting area plus a lovely terrace, so we never felt short on space. The house is spotless and stylishly decorated, with a really welcoming atmosphere. The owner speaks good English and shared lots of useful information. It isn’t cheap, though the charm and friendly welcome made it feel worthwhile. Breakfast was nice, too.

After finishing a nearby hike much later than planned, we were picked up by the manager, who came in her car. She even drove us to a restaurant afterward. That kind of welcome was amazing. Our room was tidy and comfortable, and breakfast came with tasty fresh fruit from a local garden.

The garden was a lovely place to unwind under the pergola, and the house felt comfortable, with everything fitting together beautifully. We stayed three nights at Casa Balduina and the owner welcomed us warmly, always ready with thoughtful advice. We came away with very fond memories.

Quiet, cool, and looking out onto the garden, our room was small but furnished with good taste. The house sits among greenery and feels wonderfully peaceful. Everything was extremely clean, and the welcome was very kind. Simply delightful.
