Hotel Casale Olmia

The calm surroundings and amazing view made this beautifully renovated house such a relaxing place to stay, and breakfast was great. My boyfriend and I were there around this time last year. We'd planned just one night before a 10-day hike, but after a few days we couldn't continue the hike. Sébastien was the kindest host, helping us so generously and making it possible to extend our stay at short notice. Everything about the hotel felt perfect, and we'd highly recommend it for an unforgettable time in Corse.

We stayed three nights in early June and appreciated how quiet the location was, away from the crowds. The place is lovely, clean, and nicely decorated. We received a very friendly welcome, and the breakfast buffet featured fresh, local products.

Sébastien has lovingly restored his grandparents' house, adding a pool, bar, jacuzzi, and lots of thoughtful details. The restored building sits beautifully in the mountain scenery, and its new 4-Star rating is easy to understand. Sébastien was very helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed. We were delighted with our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a large ground-floor room with its own terrace, a very comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and everything was spotless. Sébastien was a terrific host, even helping my wife arrange a birthday cake for me. Breakfast was really good, with a varied choice of local, high-quality cheese, ham, honey, and jam. We spent six nights at Casale Olmia and absolutely loved it. The house is beautifully restored with lots of care, and you can still see its original character as the owners' grandparents' family home. The terrace and pool area had comfy chairs, loungers, and nice views. It's in a small village close to Calanzana, among old olive trees and a garden with citrus trees. If we come back to Corse, we'd definitely stay again!
