The shared bathroom was a windowless little closet where you couldn't even stand up, and it hadn't been mentioned anywhere. The bedroom wasn't much better: the bed and mattress felt like antiques. The house itself was a dusty jumble of objects and didn't feel clean, while the photos were completely out of date. Stéphane may be nice, but I regret not checking the reviews first because, sadly, the complaints were all true. I could maybe understand this if the price were 20 or 30 euros. Asking 80 euros felt disrespectful and, to me, like extortion. You might as well throw the money out the window and stay home. It would be the same result, but a much more pleasant experience.

The jacuzzi was basically a plastic inflatable pool, and the washing machine didn't work. The kitchen smelled really stale, and the place was not clean at all. They also tried to charge us for damage that was already broken or in questionable condition when we arrived.

Stay for dinner if you can. The food was perfect, and the pianist or guitarist who played made it a precious moment. Musicians and beginners can join in too, with a piano and guitars available, and the art gallery is an exceptional, history-filled experience. Stéphane brings it all to life with sharp wit. We spent three days there, and it was magical, even for the most skeptical among us. Stéphane is tuned in to life, diversity, and talent, and shares his poetic side with his guests. His creativity, honest way of speaking, and knack for bringing people from different backgrounds together give you room to think about your doubts, choices, and point of view.

I had to cancel a three-day stay planned for a family celebration. The photos make the place look appealing, but they don't reflect the reality. The access road was impassable, the gallery smelled musty and was unsanitary, and the garden was neglected. The equipment couldn't be used, and there was no maintenance or hygiene. I strongly advise against staying here. To me, it seems like a clear scam run by disrespectful people.
