We’ve stayed at le Mas Nomade twice now, both times with a group of 10 bikers, and we all loved it. Sleeping in the “tents” in the forest and enjoying the atmosphere made it a great experience. Kathleen was quick to reply by email, easy to communicate with and gave us a lovely welcome. She took such good care of us, and her lovely “kids” served us dinner that Kathleen had made herself. I think this was the highlight of our five-day biking trip in the region.

The tent wasn’t clean, and it was too overgrown to sit outside it. The shared eating and cooking area needed attention.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple, and would definitely recommend Mas des Nomades. Our host gave us a really warm welcome, and the place was peaceful and relaxing. The yurt was roomy, with a very comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the homemade jams were a nice touch.

We’ve enjoyed more than 10 years of worry-free family holidays here. The woods around the place make it peaceful, and the natural setting is a big part of what we love. We’ve stayed in every yurt, all tastefully furnished, well-equipped and charming. Kathleen, the owner, serves hearty, delicious breakfast and dinner. The location gives you plenty to do: Lake Saint-Cassien is 10 minutes away, and the French Riviera and mountains are half an hour away. The owners are very flexible, and there’s more freedom than at a hotel without the noise of a campsite. It’s a little gem in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, perfect for us.
