The front desk experience was awful. The woman there was rude and completely unhelpful, and we weren't given a key until they'd charged an extra 30€ in additional charges, hotel fees, parking fees, and so on. The listing makes it sound like a great deal near the city center, but those costs catch up with you when you arrive. I'd spend the extra 30-40€ they make you pay anyway and stay elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it or come back. 👎🏼👎🏼 The bathroom was a mess too. The shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so water spills everywhere, leaving a slippery mix of dirt, water, and other people's hair. The towels are closer to hand towels, so bring your own. The toilet paper hook was broken and hanging off the wall. There was dust piled in the vents, a spider on the ceiling by a vent, and crusty dried blood on the curtains. It smelled like rotten cheese and mold, as if there were sewage problems. The rooms are tiny, the location isn't great, and the dark hallways had no lights at all, like something from a horror film. This place is disgusting, and I'd avoid it. Cet hôtel est vraiment nul à tous points de vue. It is falling apart, with dust, spiders, showers that don't work, blood on the curtains, and terribly rude, incompetent reception staff. Avoid it at all costs!

For a weekend, the room was fine. It was small, and there was no coffee machine; the bedside table was tiny, barely enough for a phone, so keeping personal things organized was tricky. The heater and shower both worked well, and the reception staff were very kind. It's in a good, safe spot with bus and metro stops nearby. A good experience for the price.

Everything else was up to standard, but the breakfast rule was bizarre and disappointing. You have to pay the day before, since you can't buy breakfast on the day itself, even though it's an all-you-can-eat buffet. Nobody mentioned this when I checked in.

For what I paid, this was a good find. The room was clean and the heater worked really well. I especially appreciated ibtisam and alpha, who were friendly, helpful staff. Perfect if you're staying by yourself.
