Laetitia was attentive and got things done efficiently, and the apartment was nicely decorated with everything we needed. The pine forest beach is only about a five-minute walk away. Mosquito repellent was the one thing we wished we’d had to make the stay perfect.

Back at this residence for my second holiday in three years. The location is superb, right by the beach, and Calvi center is about a 20-minute walk.

There are water leaks and damage in the apartments, too. The residence may be well placed, but the noise made our 15-day stay miserable. People on holiday talked and partied late into the night, and the owners know about the problem without doing anything to keep other guests from being disturbed. Some nights we were woken by the beach bars and a restaurant/nightclub 200 meters away in the pine forest, playing techno at 4 a.m. Avoid this place.

The apartments are modern and full of light, set beside a pine forest and around 250 meters from the beach. There’s also a Casino supermarket right next door. Some units and shared areas have leaks, though, and the common spaces can already look shabby because the materials are low quality. General upkeep seems insufficient, or poorly handled, during busy periods.

A great residential complex close to the beach.
