The food was generous and gourmet, and the owners, Kris, Tim and baby Owen, made us feel right at home. We visited in early September 2017 and found the stay relaxing, with medieval towns nearby and plenty to do along the Dordogne river. The grounds were clean, spacious and well kept. Staying in this gorgeous chateau felt like stepping into a fairy tale, with a taste of royal life that felt far more real than Disneyland. The package was well worth the money, and we’d definitely come back.

We were welcomed warmly by the hosts, and the castle is beautiful both inside and out. The surrounding region is lovely too. A destination I’d recommend!

The food was delicious, and the family made us feel so welcome. The chateau is amazing, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of time and effort into getting it just right.
