The massages were the best, and I loved being able to do yoga with Frédéric. Trouzarmor is a lovely place to stay if you want kind, welcoming people and beautiful nature around you. It's not a super fancy, polished place, so it may not suit you if that's what you're after. I had a wonderful time there.
I loved the walks around the peninsula, with so many beaches to choose from and a bike track running from Cameret-sur- mer to Crozon. You can reach the beach you see from the breakfast room with a ten-minute walk along the cliffs, without having to walk on a road. The B&B also serves a delicious dinner with an aperitif, a main course and dessert. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and welcome from the start. I had planned to stay one night, but ended up staying longer. The rooms are colourful and clean, and there are a few bathroom arrangements to choose from: two rooms share one, or you can have a private one down the hall, or an en suite connected to the romantic room. Morning yoga, a hot sauna and a fabulous massage left me completely relaxed. It's a colourful place with a warm, peaceful feel, a nice break from the usual. I highly recommend it.
Breakfast the next morning was generous, with plenty to choose from, and dinner with Frédéric and Nils was very good. They had both helped prepare the meal. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and at first we felt a little awkward. Frédéric is unconventional, but friendly. Thanks for the warm welcome, and a special mention to Chamane. The directions are worth checking before you set off: Google Maps GPS takes you to the center of Camaret-sur-Mer, while Waze has the right address. The issue was reported to Google already, but still hasn't been fixed. My partner and I had a relaxing night in this charming, intimate villa, a good place to get away from it all. Thanks to Frédéric and his team for making us feel so welcome, and for the massage. We'd happily recommend Villa Trouz Ar Mor 👍
Frédéric's kindness and gentle manner got me curious about trying yoga, reflexology and Californian massages. They were a pure delight, and I came away feeling rejuvenated in such a calm, serene place. I arrived alone to recover after parental burnout, and Frédéric gave me a warm, cheerful welcome. He's a true professional, passionate about his work and completely unbiased. I felt safe throughout my stay, and I'm definitely planning to come back with my family next time.
