Apartment Montmorency is a quiet, central spot with private covered parking and a garden on the ground floor. Midi Beach and its seaside restaurants are an easy short walk away, so it's handy for working remotely and then unwinding. Le Suquet for an evening out, or an aperitif on La Croisette, are also close by.

The owner was helpful and really friendly, and we'd love to return. The apartment has a beautiful view, with the beach right outside, the city center within walking distance, and a supermarket just around the corner.

We have stayed here several times, and the owner is always welcoming and attentive. The apartment is bright, spacious, and quiet, with a lovely top-floor balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped.

We'd definitely come back. The host was so pleasant and responsive, and the apartment was clean and cozy, with spices, salt, coffee, dishwashing supplies, and more. It had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, a very good stove and oven, and a beach umbrella. The balcony was gorgeous, with a sea view. There's a shop nearby and a free sandy beach.

Gérard, the owner, was very friendly and did everything he could to make our eight-day stay a great one. The bright apartment had a lovely sea view and was comfortable even in winter. Its location is ideal, with the beach 100 meters away and the Froville covered market and the Suquet district a 500-meter walk. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
