4/10
The noise was awful, day and night, with the windows facing the highway and the neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs every day. There was a constant stench, and we had no power for the entire time we lived there. The front door kept jamming, and the entrance hall was a whole other story. And the air conditioning was my favorite part, completely insane and impossible to control.

The apartment is comfortable, nicely lit, and has well-kept, complete facilities. It's right in the city center and otherwise fantastic. Just be aware it's on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow.
