Appartement 2 pièces au calme proche Martinez avec parking privé

We arrived to a dirty room and dirty bed sheets, and getting the keys was already a headache. The host was very rude. The balcony door locks from both inside and outside. At 1 a.m., we went out onto the balcony and shut the door to keep bugs out, then got locked out for five hours. We had just one phone, and couldn't find a correct number for the host on Booking.com or Google. We had to pay 500 euros for a locksmith. One family member has asthma and was without medication. The door had many signs that others had been locked out there too. When we told the host what happened, her response shocked us: she asked if we were children and rolled her eyes. She never said anything remotely nice. We left very upset and without sleep, since we weren't allowed to sleep longer in the apartment even though she knew what had happened. I don't recommend this apartment or host.
