Boutique Hôtel Couleurs du Sud

David, the owner, is great and very helpful. The location is superb, two minutes on foot from the beach, with the old town, restaurants, and bars all a short walk away. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was spotless and worked perfectly. I’m 5.9 (175cm), and the bed felt a little short and a bit too hard. There’s also hardly anywhere to hang your things after a day at the beach. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. I’d book it again.

The rooms were roomy, spotless, and nicely equipped, and the air conditioning worked just right when we needed it. The location is hard to top: a few steps from the port, cafes and restaurants, sandy beaches, and a pleasant park, with the Croissette an easy walk away past yachts, beach clubs, and striking buildings. Hotel Couleurs du Sud has the charm of a small seaside boutique place, not a standard chain hotel, and it fits the neighborhood well. What made the stay special, though, was David. He was around and ready to help with anything, from check-in and check-out to tips on food, activities, and getting around. He even had a few Cannes Film Festival surprises for us. It felt like staying at a good friend's home.

The owner at reception was endlessly friendly, and the rooms were cozy and air-conditioned. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.
