Alain, the owner, was really nice and helpful, and we had an amazing few days in Cannes with the family. The place was clean and pleasant, close to the beach and activities. Just be aware of the road noise and trains, and the motorbikes that race along the road in front. My son, who was under three, nearly ended up in a dangerous situation there. I still see that moment in my dreams and it keeps me awake. I wish there were a CCTV camera to monitor the traffic.
We had another wonderful stay at Maison Carla Rosa. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the pool is an amazing oasis for relaxing. La Croisette and Palm Beach are just a short walk away, so it's a perfect base for enjoying Cannes. Alain is always welcoming with a smile, incredibly generous, and attentive to every detail. Without doubt the best place to stay in Cannes. Highly recommended!
Alain is a wonderful person who greets you himself and does his best to make your stay as good as possible. The apartment is gorgeous, comfortable, brand new, and spotless, with every detail thought through. The views are magnificent, the parking is convenient, and the location is beautiful. Worthwhile and convenient, with perfect cleanliness and lovely design.
The pool area is the best I've seen in Europe, and the hotel itself is so peaceful and private, surrounded by palm trees. Alain and the staff were kind and helpful. On arrival I was given wine and fruit at no charge, and coffee pods and room service are provided daily. There are plenty of good restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, and more within a five-minute walk. I had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back!
We stayed over a long September weekend, my wife, daughter and me, in a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment at the Maison Carla Rosa. Alain, our host, gave us a lovely welcome pack, and the apartment was newly furnished to a very high standard. The hotel has a swimming pool and outdoor space that make for a quiet, relaxing haven. Local shops are all within a five-minute walk, and Cannes beach is about 15 minutes away on foot. There's also a circular bus route into town, with buses every 15-20 minutes. We loved it. Thanks, Alain, for the wonderful hospitality.
