We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and the service was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was very good. The room was comfortable, if a little small, but there was enough space for us. The bathroom was roomy, which we liked, and both the water pressure and temperature were good. Getting there by car was easy, and the location worked well.

The ground-floor bar was the one letdown for me. Service was slow, and they forgot nearly everything. Everywhere else, the staff made the stay feel special. Reception were the real stars, the restaurant team were welcoming and helpful, and the omelette was the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast was one of my best in France. I’ve stayed at most of the top hotels in the Sth France, and this is definitely among the best. The staff were professional and warm from arrival. I was also surprised to find the beach restaurant open in mid February, with great weather and Rose wine in the sunshine. Thanks to everyone for a memorable visit.

Stayed here during the monaco F1. Trains and buses are just a five minute walk away, with fine dining and designer brands all around the hotel. The pool is ideally placed, the pool area is lovely, and the gym is bigger than a lot of regular gyms. The in-house restaurants are 5 star, and service was first class from arrival to departure. If you're staying in Cannes, this is the place. Great work, and thank you. 11/06/2026

I’m writing for my boss, who recently stayed at the Carlton Cannes. Her birthday was made special with personal touches throughout her visit, and even her housekeeper wished her a happy birthday. That kind of care across the hotel says a lot about the team. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal, and the service was seamless. From the warm welcome when she arrived onward, she felt exceptionally well looked after. It was a memorable stay, and we’d recommend it to anyone wanting a warm, elevated experience on the Riviera.

The Carlton Cannes made my first trip to the South of France unforgettable. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. The spa was amazing, and I had one of the best massages of my life. The hotel is right in the center, which made exploring easy, but there was so much to enjoy on the property that I barely needed to go out. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and excellence. I wouldn’t change a thing about the trip.
