Carlton Riviera Apartment

I stayed almost two weeks in apartment no.306 and had a great experience. The service was superb, and the location was close to all the amenities we needed. I booked through Elite Office, and I appreciated the help they gave me during the stay, particularly Aurelie and Vincent.

I booked apartment 501 through the agency HC Azur for a week, planning to stay for three. It was such a bad experience that I couldn’t stay longer. I’d already paid before seeing the place in person, so I changed to an apartment with another agency. It was very dirty and poorly cleaned. They didn’t change the towels or provide any. The AC was too hot, and when I called the person responsible, he wasn’t helpful and sometimes ignored my calls. A terrible experience with apartment 501 and HC Azur.

I spent 10 days at this residence, and it was the worst experience I’ve had. We’d agreed with the rental agency, elite concept, on 9 nights, but they entered 10 and rushed through everything so we wouldn’t notice. They refused to return the difference for the extra night. Mr. Hakan and his wife were stubborn and very difficult to deal with. His wife screamed at and insulted us, and even kicked us out of the office on the first day. The AC didn’t work. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it, and they ignored us. By then, they’d taken the money and the management had changed. The cleaner, Nadia, was super rude from day one and yelled at us. She wouldn’t give us toilet paper or shower gel. She’d come into the 3-bedroom apartment with three other cleaners, stay about five minutes, then leave. We’d agreed with the agency that the bed linens would be changed twice because we were staying more than a week, but she refused. If you’re visiting for leisure, avoid this place. It cost us our peace, and I’d advise finding somewhere else, even if it costs more. PLEASE AVOID PLEASE AVOID PLEASE AVOID

Lunch was excellent, and the service was top quality. It’s right in front of the beach in a busy area. I enjoyed everything, including the coffee and all the good sweets.
