The owner was kind and easy to communicate with, and the facilities were good. The place is near the beach, though it isn’t right on the waterfront. Parking looked available in theory, but when we arrived in the evening it was really hard to find an open spot. For two people, and probably a shorter stay, it works. I was there in May and it felt a bit chilly inside. Maybe it warms up a little upstairs at night, but the living room and kitchenette didn’t. Sound insulation is the weak point. Neighbors playing music and talking woke us in the middle of the night. I thought they were downstairs in our apartment, but they were on the other side of the wall. It took about an hour for things to quiet down so we could sleep again, which was pretty disruptive when we’d only stopped for a rest.
