The team at IMMOGROOM was the worst part, unprofessional and hard to reach since their office is in a separate building. We even had to call our attorney because they were still holding our guarantee two weeks later. Embarrassing. The apartment looks stylish, but that was about it. It was dirty, lacked basic things you'd expect in an apartment, and the wifi didn't work. They also don't mention that there's no elevator. If you rent the nicest apartment, be ready to climb four very steep flights of stairs. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
