Eden Hôtel & Spa Cannes

The calm atmosphere made it a good place to focus and unwind during a few days in Cannes on a creative trip with my producer. We had a really good stay and appreciated the service and warm welcome. The staff were kind, professional, and there whenever we needed them. They made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Thanks again to the whole team, it meant a lot to us. Sandy Malo

I've stayed at this hotel for many years, and it's always a pleasure to return. The people are so friendly and the service is brilliant. The rooms are small but nice and super clean, and breakfast is super too.

The staff were the hotel's saving grace. They were friendly, helpful and very kind, and deserve a better place to work. Based on my room and stay, this isn't a four-star hotel, maybe three at best, and I wouldn't come back. I'd booked a classic king room through British Airways for October 25, but was put in a suite split into two rooms with twin beds. It was dark and strange, basically half a suite, and not what I'd booked. They moved me, but only had a classic queen. That was better, though still not what I reserved. It was dark too, with one small corner window, old-fashioned furniture, and a bathroom with a cheap shower fitting. I wanted to sit with a book by the rooftop pool on my first evening, but found out it cost 20 euros just to sit there, even without using the pool. I've never had to pay extra for those facilities at any hotel, including some brilliant ones around the world, and I think it's a poor policy.

We were genuinely sad to leave after four nights at Eden Hotel & Spa. Our spacious room stayed quiet despite the fairly chaotic traffic nearby, and the boulevard of Cannes was only a five-minute walk away. The spa was great and offered plenty of ways to relax. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and made us feel very welcome. One small issue: housekeeping sometimes came into our rooms around 9.30AM when we'd only just woken up. Still, we had a great experience and would highly recommend it.
