We were really happy with the room. We’d booked two bedrooms, and Cedric upgraded us to four. The host was friendly and welcoming, too. The place is close to everything: the beach, supermarket, shopping street, train station, restaurants and bakery.

The Palais was about a 20-minute walk from my apartment, with plenty of nearby cafes and a large supermarket. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and well equipped, and the bed and settees were comfortable.

We loved this apartment. It had everything we needed, and most of all, it was really clean. The beach is just five minutes away. Whenever we come to Cannes, we stay here, and we’ll keep coming back :)

I’ve just come home and already want to return as soon as I can. The atmosphere at Eden Palace is so lovely, with a real sense of freedom and comfort. It feels like a magical place in Cannes, elegant and Provençal-style, but also warm and family-like. My friends and I have spent nearly 20 summers at the residence hotel Riviera Eden Palace,Cannes. The apartments are high quality and feel like home, with everything you need. There’s breakfast, cleaning, parking and full hotel service, and it’s less than 100 yards from the beach. The staff are professional and friendly. mister Salvatore et mister Cedric are two lovely people who take care of all your wishes.
