There was no lift, and the stairs were very tight. We were on the third floor. The apartment was also not clean. We had been told it had three bedrooms and three toilets, but there were only two toilets. The first was fine; the one on the roof was disgusting, and there were lots of cockroaches in the entrance and stairwell. A very bad experience.

The €750 deposit wasn't made clear when I booked this apartment for one night with my family. We chose the non-refundable option because the trip felt certain, and the price looked great. Only after charging us did they ask for the deposit, which is absurd for an apartment. The clause was buried at the end of the notes, after general information, and wasn't visible on the main page. A requirement this important should be obvious. We didn't stay for obvious reasons, but kept getting messages from different French and Italian numbers demanding the €750, followed by the usual “thank you for staying at our property” message. I'd never seen that before. BEWARE, DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Hi everyone. I booked an apartment for two nights and didn't notice that €320 had been charged. I canceled within half an hour and expected a refund, but it never came. I've contacted the staff several times; they answer aggressively with things like, “Look carefully.” No one will return my money, and Booking.com has backed out too. I think the owners and staff are dishonest. They took my money and don't reply to my emails. I don't recommend them.

There’s plenty of room in the apartment, and getting to the station or beach is easy. The price is appealing too. I’d recommend this residence.
