Hotel America

I’ve never written a negative review before, but our stay left me shocked and upset. We came as a family, and from the start we told the front desk that my third sister was staying at another hotel. Because of her medical condition, she can’t be left alone in her room all day, so she spent time with us during the day. The hotel was fully booked, which we understood, but staff were aggressive and shouted at us every day. We were open about there being three of us and told the manager when we arrived, yet they kept denying it. The room experience was stressful and uncomfortable, and I never felt welcome or safe. The staff were rude, dismissive, and, in our experience, racist. The owner’s staff made ordinary requests feel like a burden, with cold attitudes and eye-rolls. We regret staying there and would never recommend the place or return. It felt like we were kicked out. No respect, hospitality, or professionalism. Breakfast was poor and disappointing, and only one person ate each morning. On the first day I took a tray for myself because breakfast was about to finish at 10:30 and I didn't want to make repeated trips. At checkout I was suddenly charged 69€ without advance notice or explanation. They wouldn't listen when I said only one person had breakfast each day. We were also charged a 200€ guarantee deposit without it being clearly disclosed before booking. This was the worst hotel experience I've had.
