Hotel Esperanto

I loved it so much that I stayed longer than planned. Barry, Olivier, and the rest of the staff were warm, kind people with a remarkably generous spirit. I also really appreciated having secure parking for free, which is practically impossible to find in any city. My single room was small but just right, with a balcony, a comfortable bed and pillow, a hot shower, TV, air conditioning, and everything else I needed. It was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and fresh, a great start to the day. Shops, the railway station, the harbour, and lots of local restaurants are all an easy walk away. I’d highly recommend it and will come back.

We had a great stay and found it good value. The staff even offered to carry our luggage upstairs, and let us keep our bikes indoors. I had a great chat with the receptionist, who’s a bike enthusiast too, and he gave us useful advice for our journey. The hotel is close to the centre. Cheers, guys!

There’s a big shared area and a backyard for guests, plus food and drinks at good prices. What made the stay for me, though, were the three receptionists. They were so sociable, cheerful, and ready to help. They were lovely and made my weekend the best in town. Thank you so much, guys!

Olivier and the team gave us a perfect stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, with free parking that could fit our large van. It’s dog friendly, with green space right downstairs, and an easy walk into town. Thank you!
