Kimi Résidence

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The setting was calm and relaxing, and there’s free private parking outside the hotel. It’s good value for Cannes, about a 1.5 km walk to the Centre and Film festival, or a €12 Bolt ride.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The apartment was cosy, with a bedroom and a small kitchen, and outside there was a lovely barbecue area with comfy sofas, great for sitting out in the evening. The owner was so kind and chatted with us late into the night. We felt more like friends than customers. Highly recommended.

The balcony was a highlight, with a coffee table and a lovely view to enjoy over a cup of tea or coffee. The apartment had a king bed, a pull-out couch, and enough room for at least four adults. In the kitchen there was an induction hob, fridge, dishes, coffee maker, and kettle, plus an iron, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. It looked like the photos, and the building had parking for at least 15 cars. The staff were nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Most of it was clean, though the bathroom sink was a little dirty and there were a couple of hairs in the shower and on the sink. I'd give it 4.9 stars if I could, but I'll stick with 5 despite that small issue.

The host and hotel manager made our stay memorable, and the staff were fantastic. When we couldn't find a taxi or Uber, they drove 45 minutes each way to pick us up from the beach. The hotel is lovely and sits in a very nice part of Cannes.
