The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was nice. The deposit they take, equal to one night's stay, is the main downside. If you're on holiday, that money is tied up and can cut into your spending, and it took over two weeks for me to get it back.

We were there for two nights, and the room was a good size with okay prices. The location is very convenient for the center, the reception staff were friendly, and the massages were absolutely great. But the place needs maintenance urgently. Within ten minutes in our room, three handles had fallen off. The rooftop spa door wouldn't open to let us out, and the pool chairs were wobbly, among other things.

The jacuzzi was so clean and easily the best part. For my birthday they upgraded us to a bigger room. I was there with my husband and our one-year-old daughter, and the hotel was very child-friendly. The cleaning staff were top-notch too. Definitely recommend it.

I really liked how small and peaceful the hotel and spa felt. It wasn't crowded, and it was a calm place to rest and recharge. The rooftop outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing, the spa is cute, and the massages are good quality. If you can get breakfast delivered to your room, that's such a treat. The rooms are excellent, and you get what you pay for with a little extra. I'd highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

The rooftop pool after 10pm is worth a visit, the city looks great at night from up there. We also enjoyed both pools and the jacuzzi. Our room was spacious and clean, with a useful kitchenette and a really nice shower. Lovely hotel for a great rate. We'll be back!
