La Villa Cannes Croisette

The room was small, but that didn't bother me. It was bright, clean, and smelled fresh, and the bathroom looked newly redone, with a modern toilet and walk-in shower. I liked the cosy, modern feel even though the building itself isn't modern. Breakfast, included with my stay, had a good spread, and the kitchen being open 24 hours is unusual for Cannes hotels. The aircon wasn't very cold, so the room got warm at times.

The whole team at Hôtel La Villa Cannes helped make our time in Cannes wonderful. Everyone was kind, cheerful, and helpful, and we felt more at home than in a hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean, comfortable, neat, and cosy. We also had a nice view from the windows, and there's underground parking available to purchase. The beach is close, as is a shop. We'll definitely come back whenever we visit this beautiful city.

We loved this place so much we stayed twice this summer. The garden is lovely, with tables where you can have drinks, a light lunch, or a quiet dinner from the small in-house menu. The pool is pleasant for a swim, and the hotel is very quiet. It's been beautifully refurbished in an elegant, modern style. The location is spot on, an easy walk to the Croisette and the shops on route d’Antibes. Staff were attentive, helpful, and pleasant. We'll return next summer with friends from Australia.

We had everything we needed in the room except a smart TV, and you need to put your keycard in for the lights to work. The elevator is tiny, like the Wonka-vator. The gated, secluded feel seemed nice at first, but the hotel is on the opposite side of town from where things are. There's a train track only 100-200 ft south, and noise from outside and the room above was very noticeable. I could hear hallway conversations from bed. On our last night the WiFi was down the whole time. Breakfast is available in the morning for $21 per person, billed to the room, but you have to make your own crepes and there's no discount for that. We stayed two nights.
