The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room enough. We chose this hotel because it advertised parking, but then we were told our parking was an exception. That left us feeling uncomfortable.
The team were helpful from before we even arrived, sorting out taxis and even flowers. Many thanks to Arlette and Elena, who were always kind and ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and very nice, and breakfast was a good buffet. They also offer an express breakfast for early departures. The hotel is very close to the boulevard. We recommend it 1000%.
The staff were VERY friendly, but the rooms are very small and the “petites dejuners” weren’t fun at all. Not bad, but it’s not really four-star quality.
I was really happy with the room and the hotel’s location, and the staff were lovely. The bar, though, had nothing going on.
It’s a good hotel, honestly. I gave it five stars mainly because CHO is such a kind and generous employee. My wife and I would like to thank you for your service.
