The check-in staff were helpful and let us check in early. But the ACs didn’t work at all, so we sweated through every night. When we asked for help, all they said was that the AC was old and there was nothing they could do. Avoid staying here in summer if you need AC.

Small hotel, but it’s right in the center and easy to get around on foot or by bus. It’s well placed for a vacation if you’re using buses or trains, though it could feel cramped for a bigger group or family.

The room was clean and serviced daily, about what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel. The elevator is quite small, and breakfast is limited. There’s space to pull in and unload bags, plus a discount for a nearby car park.

My dress was stolen from my room. The staff were incompetent and not very professional. We had to dig through almost 20 bags of dirty sheets and towels in case the cleaners had mixed it in with them, but it wasn’t there. They told me I should have put it in the safe, as if all my luggage could fit in that one little safe. Good joke. The hotel didn’t pay for the damage and didn’t seem very sorry.
