Nehô Suites Cannes Croisette

We wouldn't come back to Neho Suites. We booked the Presidential Suite, but the rooms were so small there wasn't even space to open a suitcase, and the website photos gave a misleading idea of their size. The outdoor area could have been lovely, but the planters had dead plants and the furniture cushions were worn. A few flowers would make a real difference. The suite tub wasn't working properly, leaving six of us to share one shower. Very disappointing.

The bathroom was the biggest problem: the shower was outdated and poorly kept, with a constant sewage smell that made it unpleasant to use. For nearly €300 a night during a trade fair, that condition was inexcusable. The room at Neho Suites Cannes also had no complimentary drinking water, and getting more was awkward. I agreed to pay at first, but the receptionist later waived the charges after hearing about my experience. On arrival for the ILTM show, I was told to pay all six nights upfront, despite having been clearly told the bill would be settled at departure. With my stay split between business and private travel, that made invoicing unnecessarily complicated. From day one, I felt the hotel was relying on Cannes' reputation while standards didn't matter. The worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Never again. I hope this prompts more contemporary hospitality, honest standards, and respectful service, whatever the destination's reputation.

The massage was personalized, and the staff were very professional. I had an exceptional experience in the Nehô Suites wellness area, beyond what I expected. If you're in Cannes and need to unwind, I'd recommend it. I'll definitely return.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and everything we needed was within a 15-20 minute walk. The pool area was nice too. It's a really lovely hotel, and I'd gladly stay again.
