I was very disappointed. Avoid this place, it feels like a huge scam. The photos of these HLM apartments are misleading, and I felt unsafe, especially because of the fire hazards. Exposed wiring in the hallways looks like something from a horror movie, and guards in stab-proof vests make the place feel even more unsettling. The pool is often vandalised, and my slippers were stolen when I left them outside. There was public drinking and smoking, and I had people aggressively knocking on my door and ringing the bell. The building is badly maintained, with urine stains and trash everywhere. The elevators and security cameras were constantly out of service. For your safety and your children's, stay away.

I regret not reading the reviews before booking. The place was a huge disappointment, and the whole stay felt horrible. The pool had been vandalised, and there were creepy people hanging around, so I didn't feel safe. The elevators weren't working, dog poop was in the hallways, and people dumped rubbish everywhere. On top of that, there was a bad sewage smell. It felt nasty throughout, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The apartment was dirty, old, and broken, with bugs and urine everywhere. The parking garage smell was unbelievable, and the building was filthy too. It's a seven-floor apartment block with defective elevators. The AC is only in the living room and barely cools it. The pool is open from 10:00-18:00, but you can't eat, drink, or smoke in the pool area, not even have water. Balls and children's water toys aren't allowed either. Save your vacation and don't stay here under any circumstances.

The price is good, and being near the sea is a plus. The resort wasn't clean, though, and felt a little below mid-range. Not bad overall.
