They cancelled our reservation, even though we’d made it well in advance for a convention. That left us in a real fix because all the nearby places were fully booked.

After two hours, I was kicked out, and €50 was taken from me. This happened after I asked for an invoice once I’d paid and complained that things weren’t working.

There were loud nights, and parking was a problem. Finding a space in Cannes is very hard, and I had to go along la croisette several times before I found one. Still, it’s a good choice for the house and how far it is from the beach.

It doesn’t look as good in person as it does in the picture.

The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchenette had what I needed, though I only used it for breakfast. The studio is handy for the station, town centre and sea, and it's good value. There are a lot of stairs, which was a bit awkward on my own with a suitcase and stroller. My window looked onto the courtyard, with windows all around, so the view wasn't great and caught me by surprise. There were curtains everywhere, though. The bathroom was fine, with a big window facing a wall, so luckily no neighbors could look in. ;)
