The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and ready to help, and the hotel felt both luxurious and welcoming. My room was spacious, very well maintained, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The hotel itself was elegant and clean, and breakfast had an excellent range of fresh options. It’s also perfectly located just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with care. I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Cannes and would happily return.

Pascal and Nagali took such good care of us during our 4-night stay. They went above and beyond to help make everything feel perfect, and guided us through all our activities. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. We were welcomed with delicious banana bread and wine in our room, too. Pascal and Nagali are the best. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Pascal Duplay, the Duty Manager, made a real difference to our weekend. He arranged balloons, champagne, and a birthday cake for our daughter's 18th, and his thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the celebration memorable for our family. Thanks to him and the rest of the team for helping make it such a happy birthday weekend. We were very pleased with our stay at the Gray d'Albion. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was up to a high standard, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Staff throughout were personable, professional, and attentive. We’d be very happy to stay again.

We spent Easter here, when the city was crowded, but the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat. Carla and Stella at reception deserve special thanks for going beyond expectations to make sure guests are comfortable. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the mattress was so good that I looked up its name to find one for home. The location is just a block from the beach and next to the shopping area, with restaurants, shops, a casino, tours, and more only steps away. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely recommend the hotel and come back.

The front desk had made a mistake with my parking arrangements. When I brought it up, the staff member was dismissive and asked what the big deal was since I’d only have to pay a few more euros. I could cover a few euros, of course, but the response was rude and condescending. I expected them to acknowledge the mistake instead of brushing it off as unimportant. It was an inappropriate way to respond to a guest. Arthur/Anton could use more training in guest service.
