The owner keeps the apartment in excellent condition, and it has all the amenities you need. Its location is magnificent, within walking distance of Le Suquet, its bars and restaurants, Marché Forville, Rue de Antibes, La Croisette, and the luxury hotels there. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a great Cannes holiday. I’ll be back soon.

Everything was within easy walking distance, including the city center and all kinds of amenities. The apartment matched the description and photos, has useful storage, and is functional. It’s around a 15-minute walk from Cannes train station. The busy street could be a concern, though the double-glazed windows help. The location and value for money were big advantages.

I spent two months in the apartment on a business trip to Cannes. It’s pleasant and has everything you might need, with all the amenities nearby and the port and beaches just steps away. I recommend it without hesitation.
