Our studio was tiny, but clean, neat and stocked with what we needed: fresh towels, beach gear, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Giuseppe was kind and helpful, and the beach is only 20 metres away in central Cannes. I’d happily recommend the studios.

We were in Cannes for the Mipim event, and the room put us close to the venue, old town and beach. It was small, but furnished smartly and had everything we needed. It was also very clean, our towels were changed daily, and there was wine and water in the fridge. Beppe was friendly, responsive and helpful. Thanks to Roberto and Beppe for everything!

The studio is right across from the beach. Beppe leaves umbrellas for guests to borrow, and you only need to go down the stairs and cross the road to get to the sand. A bus stop is outside, with around four or five lines passing by. Marche Forville is about 400 metres away, the Old town is just uphill, and the port, where you can catch ferries to Saint Tropez and Isle Saint Marguerite, is around 200 metres away. Inside, it’s small but has what you need, including kitchenware, towels, toiletries, olive oil, coffee, Balsamico, salt and sugar. The Booking photos are accurate. It can get a little noisy outside, especially in a traffic jam, though it didn’t bother us. I’d recommend Azur Studios.

A compact, cosy room with good air conditioning and a large window that let in natural light. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was hot water. The location was ideal, and the room was quiet.

We’ve now stayed here twice and had another lovely Cannes holiday at a reasonable price. The studios are very small, though. With the sofa opened out, the closet door won’t open, so pack light and skip the big suitcases. There isn’t space to unpack much. Still, the rooms are kept clean, and they have what you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, a mini kitchen with utensils, a capsule coffee machine, kettle and microwave, plus oil, tea, salt and pepper. It’s handy not having to buy big containers for a week’s stay. You can borrow an iron and a beach umbrella downstairs, and there’s a safe. The bathroom has dispensers for soap, shampoo and shower gel. Giuseppe is often on the ground floor if you have questions, or you can contact him on WhatsApp. There’s a bakery downstairs, the centre and market are nearby, and the fortress is up the hill. We found restaurants where locals eat, away from the high tourist prices. By Forville market, a small Monop supermarket sells basics and water at reasonable prices, which is useful since water costs so much in the little shops. Thanks to the owner for the welcome, and good luck.
