The location made it easy to walk to both the beach and grocery stores, and the four-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Arvid was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and checkout easy despite our early arrival and late departure. Two bedrooms lack air conditioning, but he quickly brought fans that kept them comfortable. We had a really great stay and would love to return if we're in the area again.

It's about a five-minute walk to the heart of Cannes from this lovely apartment. The host was nice, and I'd recommend it for a stay with friends or family.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful villa. The spacious ground-floor apartment worked well for our large family, and the location is right in the heart of Cannes while still feeling peaceful.

The host was attentive and quick to respond, and the apartment was very clean and well located in Cannes. Great value for money. I loved it and would happily come back.

The terrace was a highlight for us. We had breakfast there every day and spent lovely warm evenings outside. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning works well. We were two small families, four adults and two teenagers, and the train station, beach, shops, and old town were all within easy walking distance. Arvid was friendly and accommodating, answered our questions quickly, and handled the problems we encountered well. One bedroom is smaller than the others and has no air conditioning, though Arvid quickly brought a fan. The terrace furniture could use replacing, at least the pillows. We had a great week in Cannes and would love to return. 😊
