The host was friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him, but the room conditions made the stay really hard. There was hair on the floor and dust on the tables and floors. With no mosquito nets, we had to shut the windows after being bitten on the first night, then sleep in a stuffy, dusty room. It set off my dust allergy and made me cough. The bathroom was dirty too, with hair in the sink and an unclean toilet. It honestly felt unpleasant to use. The location is right by the beach, which would suit people coming to swim. Festival De Cannes is about a 25-minute walk, and there’s a nearby bus if you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed the seaside walk, but we were there for work. The hygiene problems and lack of mosquito nets made things difficult, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

The beach is only a two-minute walk away, and the home has a lovely ocean view. Paul was a caring host, easygoing and completely fluent in English.

We had free parking and WiFi, plus a garden and balconies to enjoy outside. Villa Tricia felt like a home away from home, with spacious rooms and a clean setting. The beach is right at the door, and the hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful. A perfect spot.

The room we liked best had a balcony overlooking the sea. In the morning, fresh oranges from the garden made a lovely jus d'orange. Paul was a great, easygoing host, and the villa has a beautiful sea view.

We booked through booking for three nights in August 2020, but left after the second because we couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning advertised online wasn’t there. I was pregnant and felt awful during the night. He lied about the airco, and there was no private parking or Wi-Fi either. The bathroom smelled bad and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. He hasn’t responded about a refund and marked us as no-shows. If I could, I’d give zero stars. It’s a scam!
