There's a kitchen with a stove, a TV, and free Wi-Fi, though whether sheets and towels are included depends on the place. We stayed in two different ground-floor apartments, both facing south toward the beach entrance. They were comfortable, clean, recently renovated, and small but practical, with a veranda for surfboards, shoes, and gear. The indoor parking was great, with numbered spaces. Space is tight, so it may not suit taller or bulkier people. Each apartment is different because they're owned and rented through different owners, agencies, or Airbnb, so it really depends on which one you book. The location is excellent.

We’ve been back to this complex several times and would gladly stay again. The beach is directly accessible, and you can get around without a car. There's a great bakery two minutes away on foot, while the harbor and promenade are easy walks too. The town center takes about 20 minutes to reach on foot.

The location is fantastic, and the apartments are decent. The little staircase wobbles, though. Cleaning is good, apart from the kitchenware, which was a bit dirty.

The town center is about a 15-minute walk away, and the walk along the seafront to the Capbreton estacade takes 20-25 minutes, especially lovely at sunset. Santocha beach is less than five minutes away on foot. There's a pool in the middle of the residence, plus two private parking areas behind a remote-controlled gate.
