Capestang is a lovely village, and we had a great time exploring the area around it. Corine gave us some really good recommendations. My family and I rented the whole cottage, and it was a fantastic stay. The place felt welcoming, with excellent beds, a practical kitchen and a comfortable living room. We'd be glad to come back! 😊

We had an easy time parking, with a reserved spot right outside the building. The accommodation was pleasant and right in the city centre, which made it perfect for our weekend.

It's a cozy little house with room for six, even though there were four of us. On the first day they left bread, cake, cereal, cocoa powder and other things, plus milk, fruit and assorted dairy products in the fridge. The town square is under a hundred metres away. A good base for a weekend break, sightseeing or other activities. Highly recommended 😍

The ground-floor apartment was clean when we arrived, but the stay was disappointing. Noise from upstairs, footsteps, banging and running water in the pipes, was very loud. There’s only a small kitchen window, so the flat is dark, especially the bedroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan. The booking site says fruit and juice are served each morning. Instead, sliced bread and packaged madeleines were left on the counter the night before, with butter, jam, yogurt and fruit juice decanted into a glass bottle in the fridge.

The only thing missing was soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful village. The old house is large and recently renovated, with simple, tasteful decor and some nice touches. It was lovely to find a coffee maker in the kitchen after our trip. The owner was incredibly friendly, flexible and discreet. Highly recommended.
