The restaurant was oddly closed over the Bastille Day weekend, which was a shame given the breakfast, created and overseen by Chef Nicolas Carro, suggested how good a meal there could be. The spread included remarkable hams, gravlax salmon, fresh fruit salad, and more. This felt like a concrete result of government policies, surely imposed on the entrepreneur against his will. The promise of "work more to earn more" has turned out to be a sinister lie, paid for through the loss of appeal in this demanding sector. Set on a rugged coastline, this grand hotel has breathtaking views over Carantec Bay. A recent renovation has made the rooms exceptionally comfortable and refined. Natural wood and soothing colors create a Zen-like feel, and the architectural firm clearly considered every detail, from the door and window frames to the faucets, bedding, and furniture, without any ostentation. Staff were attentive and efficient. The centralized booking service for the small Penguin Route Group, with its remarkable company culture, offered me a particularly competitive rate for my late booking. I highly recommend a swim in the waters of this friendly waterfowl.

The view was fantastic, and the food, breakfast included, was great. Very nice accommodation, though I did miss having sun loungers in the garden.

A superb hotel with sea views, a gourmet restaurant serving delicate, delicious food, and pleasant staff.

I've stayed in lots of hotels for work, and this one makes my top five. The room was beautiful and well equipped, with a breathtaking sea view, and dinner was wonderfully delicious. Thanks to the whole team for a special experience at such a great price. Thanks again for a lovely evening. See you soon!

The food was incredibly good, a real delight. We also had a superb view, a well-equipped room, and very pleasant, professional service from the warm welcome onward.
