The quiet setting among the pine trees is the one good thing. The 4/6 person chalet smelled musty, and the outside was poorly kept, with cobwebs everywhere. Cleaning inside was mediocre, and the pool needed both cleaning and renovation, with all sorts of insects floating on the surface. We barely got a welcome at all.

The bungalow was in a good spot, and the staff were welcoming. We came for the Frenchman event in Carcans, but the rental was cold when we arrived and had no heating. I was hoping to use the spa again, as I did last year, and swim in the pool, but neither was open. Such a shame.

The chalet's terrace was in good shape, and its location in the pine forest is excellent. Those were the only positives. We booked a few days, but the price absolutely wasn't worth this stay. There was dust everywhere when we arrived, and the chalet hadn't been cleaned. The sheets had black marks, so we had to replace them with our own. The mattresses sagged in the middle, and the bedding was horrible. The sofa was in a deplorable state, like cats had scratched it. There was no radiator, and at 5-8 degrees Celsius it was very cold inside. It didn't have basic amenities like a kettle or TV, and a leak appeared under the sink as soon as we arrived. So many things were wrong. It was a very negative experience and didn't reflect the price charged.
